Ninth Avenue principals have completed more than forty investments over fifteen years in the multi-family, commercial, office, retail, warehouse/industrial and hospitality sectors. Outside partners have co-invested alongside Ninth Avenue principals since 2004 in a combined investment capital structure utilizing single purpose vehicles (“SPV’s”). Ninth Avenue takes the lead in sourcing, underwriting and managing the group’s investments. Its ability to continually source off market high quality real estate investments has been instrumental in achieving above average returns.

Principal Investment

Ninth Avenue principals invest in every transaction and consider themselves to be active participants alongside their investment partners. They monitor the asset’s performance regularly after the closing takes place, studying quarterly reports to make sure the investment returns are performing in line with original projections.

Historic Investment

Ninth Avenue has invested with more than ten different sponsors, has an investor base of more than 120 individuals and institutions and has property investments in New York, California, Texas, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Puerto Rico. The overall value of the properties it has invested in exceeds $1.0 Billion USD.
